Shipping, Resale, and Pricing Policies
- Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated per box to ensure you only pay for what you need. If you have a loading dock, we can arrange pallet shipments at your cost.
- Flexible Shipping Options: We are happy to use your shipping account if preferred. Just reach out to customer service.
- Resale Restrictions: Our products may only be resold on your company’s website or in your physical stores. Reselling on any other online platforms is strictly prohibited.
- MAP Policy: We enforce a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy for all online sales. Please ensure that your advertised pricing complies with this policy to maintain a consistent brand presence and fair market competition.
Order Minimum
- A minimum order of 5 sets is required for wholesale purchases.
Payment Terms
- Payment is required by credit card for the first few orders. After this initial period, we can reassess and potentially offer Net 15 terms based on account history.
Lead Times
- Typical lead times are 4-7 business days for processing and shipping your order. Lead times may vary based on inventory availability or seasonal demand.
Returns and Replacements
- In the case of defective or damaged items, please contact our customer service team. We will replace the affected set(s) at no additional cost. This policy does not cover normal wear and tear or customer-caused damage, such as broken plates.
